Shipping & Delivery

The delivery of the art-sales in the City of Havana, Cuba, will be exempt of any cost, and will be carried out personally to the client.

In the other provinces of the Island, the case will be analyzed in a timely manner and the additional costs will be negotiated with the client.

We ship from Cuba to any other country. It will be done with the agencies that are currently operating in Cuba. The costs will run by the client.

Adequate packaging security is guaranteed by the Store.

In case of breakage due to bad handling of customs, EL ARBOL ROJO will negotiate with the client the solution that will be given to the issue, and in case of return, the store will bear the expenses incurred, in addition it will require the transport agency of your responsibilities.

Duties & Taxes

The customer is reminded that customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary from country to country. Additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. The RED TREE encourages customers to obtain this information before making a purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information regarding the cost of unexpected taxes or fees as these charges vary and are beyond our control.
