If the work you buy does not match the description on the website, as your sole and exclusive resource, you can return the piece. The return costs are not incurred by EL ARBOL ROJO, and once the piece has arrived, the agreed purchase price will be refunded.

AUTHENTICITY OF THE PIECE

Each piece marketed by EL ARBOL ROJO, will be endorsed by a certificate of authenticity from the store and additional and mandatory information (if it has it) regarding the origin and authenticity of the work requested.

REGISTRY

For international purchases, EL ARBOL ROJO will request the exit permit from the Cultural Property Registry, and it will be attached to the documentation that must be delivered to the client.
